Although accurate weather prediction from observation alone is really
difficult, you can make some reasonable guesses by paying attention to
the natural clues around you. Notice the cloud cover.
How hot or cold will it be depends on how cloudy it is.
 | Clear days are hotter than cloudy days because more warming rays from the sun
reach the Earth's surface. |
 | Clear nights are cooler than cloudy nights because more warmth escapes
from the Earth's surface. |
Look at the wind and snow cover.
 | Snow on the ground always means colder temperatures than no snow on the
ground. |
 | Windy nights are warmer than calm nights. |
